Point systems

Score with Every Play

Every goal, assist, and save adds to your team’s points. Use the point system to build your winning strategy!

Goals (G)

• 4 points for each goal scored by a player.

Assists (A)

• 3 points for each assist made by a player.

Shots on Goal (SOG)

• 0.5 points for each shot on goal.

Blocked Shots (BS)

• 0.5 points for each blocked shot.

Hits (H)

• 0.5 points for each hit.

Plus/Minus (+/-)

• +1 point for a “plus” (team scores while the player is on the ice)
• -1 point for a “minus” (team concedes a goal while the player is on the ice).

Penalty Minutes (PIM)

• -0.5 points for each penalty minute.

Power Play Points (PPP)

• 1 point for each goal or assist on the power play.

Shorthanded Points (SHP)

• 2 points for each shorthanded goal or assist.

Goaltender Stats

• Wins (W): 5 points for a goalie win.
• Shutouts (SO): 3 points for a shutout.
• Saves (SV): 0.2 points for each save.
• Goals Allowed (GA): -1 point for each goal allowed.

Minutes Played (MP): 0.1 points for each minute played.
